However, one cruise is planning to up the game by offering a ‘nude boat’ cruise, where clothes are completely optional! Here is everything you need to know about this boat trip!

Bare Necessities Tour & Travel is taking over the Norwegian Pearl for an 11-day Caribbean adventure unlike any other. From February 3rd to 14th, 2025, the "Big Nude Boat" will set sail from the Port of Miami, transporting passengers to a world of carefree relaxation where shedding your clothes is simply part of the experience.
The itinerary promises a delightful exploration of the Caribbean's gems. You can soak up the sunshine and embrace the freedom of naturism on stops at Bahamas, Puerto Rico and St. Maarten but you’ll have to dress up if you’re disembarking from the ship for sightseeing.
Cost Of The Nude Boat Cruise
While the price of shedding inhibitions may seem high, the "Big Nude Boat" experience offers an all-inclusive package. Starting at around $2,000, you can secure a basic cabin and experience the thrill of naturism on the open seas. For a more luxurious experience, cabins range up to $33,155, offering premium amenities and extra space to unwind.
What To Expect On A Nude Cruise
While nude cruises are completely out of the ordinary, there are takers for this too! One passenger recently shared on Reddit all the rules they had to comply with on her nude cruise. Taking to Reddit, the poster wrote about the basics of their nude cruise experience:1. The staff was dressed.
2. This was a cruise for nudists, not a 'lifestyle' cruise. Accordingly, there was no public sex and no erections that I saw. An erection would be considered poor form in this environment.
3. Generally speaking, the crowd was older and not particularly attractive. However, there were attractive people too.
4. The 'why' is because it's a nice feeling to be nude, just like it's a nice feeling for a man to be without a shirt at the beach. Skinny dipping is great. Being nude at some of the world's nicest beaches is great.
5. No bare butts on any surface in any public space. Ever. That's not a difficult concept. Nudists are as interested in hygiene as much as if not more than the next guy."
